Football AI
Summit

One evening, six working sessions. Watch a full coaching week run with AI, live. Learn which tools you actually need and where the guardrails sit. Then watch a football AI agent get built in front of you, from a blank screen to working, and leave with the recipe to build your own.

AI agent built live, from nothing

One ticket, one evening

Three hours of doing, not three hours of slides.

Every coach has heard that AI can save them hours. Almost nobody has sat and watched it happen against a real coaching week: the Tuesday session, the parent email, the player check-ins, Saturday's opponent. That is the first thing you see at the Summit, live, with the clock running.

From there the evening builds. The tools worth your time and the ones that are noise. A weekly routine that survives September. The places AI should never go in your coaching. And then the bit most coaches have never seen anyone do: a football AI agent built live, from a blank screen, in front of the whole room.

One promise for the night. Nothing is theoretical and nothing is pre-recorded. Every demo runs live, warts and all. If something falls over, you see that too, and honestly that is a better lesson than the demo.

Not notes. Working habits.

A ticket buys you three hours. What you take home is the part that matters on Tuesday night.

01

A week of admin you know how to hand over

You will have watched session planning, a parent reply, player check-ins and opponent prep done properly with AI, and you take the exact prompts home as fill-in-the-blank templates.

02

A routine that survives the season

A 30-minute weekly rhythm with fixed slots, planned for your own week before the session ends. The habit is the difference between coaches who use this stuff in October and coaches who quietly stop.

03

The recipe for your own football AI agent

You watch one get built live, from nothing to answering questions from real coaching documents. Then you take home the step-by-step recipe to build yours on the sofa the same week.

An AI agent, built from a blank screen, while you watch.

The session the whole evening builds towards. No template, no code, nothing prepared in advance. If you have never built anything in your life, good. You are exactly who this session is for.

Live build · From nothing to working
What we start with
A blank screen and a name the room picks together. Then a short brief, written live: who the agent is for, what job it does, and the things it is never allowed to touch.
What exists 30 minutes later
[+] An agent with a written job description
[+] A real session plan uploaded as its knowledge
[+] Answers that come from that document, not the internet
[+] A share link that puts it in an assistant coach's pocket
[+] The recipe handout, so you can rebuild it yourself

Doors at 7. Done by 10.

Six sessions, two short breaks, open Q&A to close. Every demo runs live. All times UK.

01

Your coaching week with AI in it

A full week of coaching admin done live in front of you: Tuesday's session, the parent email, two player check-ins, Saturday's opponent. Watch the clock.

02

The toolset, simple to serious

Which tools exist, which ones you actually need, and the one skill that makes any of them work. Same prompt, three tools, side by side.

03

Making it stick: the 30-minute week

A weekly routine with five fixed slots that survives the season. You plan your own first week before the session ends.

04

When NOT to use AI

The five places AI never goes in your coaching, and the mistakes that make coaches sound like software. Plus a robotic AI draft fixed live in 90 seconds.

05

Build your first football AI agent, live

From a blank screen to an assistant answering from real coaching documents. The longest session of the night, and the reason most people buy the ticket.

06

Where this goes next

The honest picture of where football AI is heading, what tonight has made you, and what to do with all of it from Monday.

Open Q&A to close the night, anything from the whole evening. Finished by 10pm, because it is a school night.

For coaches who want to see it done,
not hear about it.

[→]

Grassroots and youth coaches

You coach around a job and a family, and the admin eats the hours you do not have. One evening shows you exactly which parts of that week to hand over, and how.

[→]

Coaches who tried AI and bounced off it

You gave ChatGPT a go, got something generic back, and parked it. The gap was never the tool. It is one skill, and you will see it demonstrated all night.

[→]

Coaches convinced they are "not technical"

The build session assumes nothing. No code, no jargon left unexplained, no step skipped. If you can write a team-sheet WhatsApp message, you can follow every minute.

[→]

Coaches who want the guardrails, not just the hype

A full session on where AI must never go: player conversations, safeguarding, match-day judgement. The boundaries matter as much as the tools, and almost nobody teaches them.

I have coached for 15 years across grassroots, academy and senior football in Scotland, and I am currently assistant manager at Hamilton Academical Women, who won SWPL 2 in 2024/25. I use AI every week to do that job: planning, analysis and player development.

I also built FootballGPT, now used by 11,000 coaches, which means I see how coaches actually use AI, not how the hype says they do. The Summit is that picture, live: what works, what does not, and the honest version of both, demonstrated in front of you for three hours.

Frequently asked

Do I need to be technical, or know how to code?
No. Nothing on the night needs code, including the agent build. Every step is shown on screen at a pace you can follow, and the take-home recipe lets you redo it slowly in your own time.
What do I need on the night?
A laptop beats a phone, and a recent match fresh in your mind makes the demos land harder. Ticket holders get a short email a few days before the Summit with anything worth setting up in advance, so there are no surprises at 7pm.
How do I join on the night?
The Summit runs live on Skool. Your ticket opens the Summit course area inside the AI Football community, and the live link is posted there, with a reminder an hour before we start.
What if I cannot make it live?
You are covered. Every session is recorded, and the recordings and handouts live in the Summit course area for you to watch on demand, whenever suits. You do not have to attend live at all, although the live room is where the Q&A happens.
Which tools will you use?
General assistants like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, plus football-specific tools including FootballGPT, which I built. Every principle on the night works in whichever tool you already use, and most of the evening runs on free tiers.
Is this a three-hour sales pitch for FootballGPT?
No. I demo FootballGPT because it is mine and I know it inside out, but I spend a full session on when NOT to use AI at all, and every method shown works in any tool. I would rather you used something well than my thing badly.
What does the ticket cost, and how do I pay?
$39, one-off, plus VAT where your country applies it. Payment is handled by Skool when you enrol in the Summit, and the whole thing takes about a minute.
