Overview

The innovative Keep Up Challenge will help measure improvement in ball control, first touch, weaker foot skill, and eye-foot coordination.

How It Works

It’s really simple:

1. Copy or screenshot the image in the challenge
2. Send to your players/parents via your WhatsApp or other group
3. Give your players the target
4. Ask parents to update the chat/group with their child’s score
5. Send them the next challenge the week after
