Systematic over random
Every session connects to a bigger picture. Activities serve a player need, rather than filling an hour.

360TFT turns grassroots coaching experience into practical systems—not another pile of disconnected drills.
The coaching problem
You spend hours planning. You find a drill online. You arrive ready to coach—and it falls apart when players respond differently from the diagram.
Most coaching resources give you isolated activities without showing how they connect. Without a system, every session starts from zero. 360TFT exists to connect the work.
The person behind 360TFT
I did not start in professional football. In 2010, I was coaching children on a muddy pitch in Scotland, planning on Sunday nights and copying drills from wherever I could find them.
I made the mistakes coaches make when the resources are plentiful but the reasoning is missing. Sessions looked good on paper. The skills did not always appear on match day.
Running two academies, coaching at Arbroath FC and working with more than 1,000 players gave me the repetitions to build a better system: one that connects the player, the problem, the session and the reflection afterwards.
360TFT is for coaches doing the best they can with the time, space and players they actually have.
The 360TFT method
Every session connects to a bigger picture. Activities serve a player need, rather than filling an hour.
The test is not how tidy training looks. It is whether players can recognise and solve the problem in a game.
Age, ability, confidence, space and time matter. A useful framework bends to the people in front of you.
Plan, coach, notice, adjust. Improvement comes from using evidence, not simply collecting more drills.
