Scoring Goals with Confidence

Develop the ability to finish with accuracy and composure. Build confidence in front of goal through varied finishing opportunities.

Structure & Flow of Session

1. Ball Mastery Warm-Up (10 mins)

Age 1-6: Simple shooting activities Age 7-11: Progressive finishing sequences

2. Contextual Game Scenario (15 mins)

Age 1-6: Fun games incorporating shooting Age 7-11: Game-related finishing challenges

3. Small Sided Game (15 mins)

Age 1-6: Simple formats with multiple goals Age 7-11: Constrained games rewarding finishing

4. Match-Related Play (15-20 mins)

Age 1-6: Free play with minimal rules Age 7-11: Game formats that create finishing opportunities
