Session Focus
Fast Feet, Fun, and Freedom
This week is about fast feet, fun, and freedom. We’re focusing on developing quick footwork, early juggling confidence, and using both feet in a creative and energetic way.
For the younger players, it’s about touches, movement, and playful challenge. For the older group, we start to see how those fast foot skills transfer into 1v1 duels, recovery touches, and fluid turns.
This is the kind of week that builds rhythm and confidence — and helps players feel at home with the ball.
