Overview
An animated drill that encourages inside and outside foot use, change of direction and control under a light challenge.

Objective
Encourages inside and outside foot use, change of direction and control under a light challenge.
Set Up
- Arrange cones in different colours (red/yellow/blue) in an area to represent landmines
- Position safe areas at the ends for progressions
- Assign each player a ball
Execution
- Players begin with 3 lives and must dribble through the area, avoiding the landmines
- Hitting a red cone costs 3 lives / Blue costs 2 lives / Yellow costs 1 life
- Players must keep the ball close while navigating the area
Progressions
- If a player reaches safe area 1, they get an extra life. They can then turn out to safe area 2 for another life.
- Introduce flat markers (black in the animation), players can stop the ball on the flat marker and perform 5 toe taps for an extra life.
