Limitation: May limit player’s ability to think independently.

2. Guided Discovery Approach

Master questioning - guide players to find solutions themselves.

When to use:

Why it works: Develops critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.

3. Player-Centred Coaching

Players at the heart of their own development.

When to use:
