The Keep Up Challenge

Track Your Progress, Set Goals, and Achieve Your Football Dreams

The innovative Keep Up Challenge will help you measure your improvement in ball control, first touch, weaker foot skill, and eye-foot coordination.

How the Keep Up Challenge Helps You:

Better ball control: Juggling can work wonders for your ball control, swiftly refining your ability to keep the ball close to your feet and move with exceptional precision and agility on the field.

Improved first touch: Juggling improves first touch, helping you receive the ball with confidence and control for success on the field.

Improved skill with the weaker foot: By consistently practising juggling, you can enhance your weaker foot’s touch, ball control, and confidence, transforming you into an ambidextrous player who can make moves and take shots from any angle on the field.

Increased confidence: Juggling can provide a significant boost in confidence that is difficult to quantify but easy to notice. With improved comfort and confidence on the ball, players can take more calculated risks and execute more complex moves.

Improved eye-foot coordination: Great foot-eye coordination is essential to success on the field. To master this, there’s no better practice than improving juggling skills - it gives you more control and improves your ability to anticipate plays for faster responses!

Helps with receiving the ball in the air: If you want to dominate the field as a ball receiver, juggling is an ideal way of honing and mastering your craft.
