Alfie Allan • 12d@Jamie Birch Thanks mate. I can do 1v1 drills, it’s just trying to deliver the defensive coaching points I’m a bit stuck on, I just thought there would be certain 1v1 drills that mainly focus on the defensive side of things.2Reply

Things that are important to me and coaching points i would land are:Body shape, you need to be side on in the jockey position (for younger kids, to get them to pretend to be on a surf board is a fun way to get the body shape.
