You can do shape work in an attack vs defence drill, with maybe the back 3 and midfield 4 as the defence and set up the attack in a Box, WB’s ST.I would start with what principles you’re trying to land though, and then your session design flows from your principles.I have a video about principles of play in the 11v11 course if it helps.0Reply

We should set that call up when we have a free Friday.Dennis, I have a whole 16 weeks plan just on the 3-4-2-1, it only has the exercise names but all of the exercises I would have used will be in this community.If you give me a little bit of time, I can pull all together for you.
