Kevin Middleton⭐🔥 • Aug 13@Chris Unruh We’ve made peace with the fact that soccer and football will need to be interchangeable in this community 😂3Reply

I’ve perused the various fabulous sources. What do you suggest to help enable/empower the volunteer coaches (and myself) for success?2Reply

- Admin
- Dealing with parents
Which beats them down to the point where they give up. I’ve seen this happen first hand.If I was in your position, I would be looking for solutions that:
- Prescribe the sessions to them week on week
- Empowers them to learn as a coach
- Empowers them to understand how players learn

Steven Hall • Aug 13If u miss them tour in the knock out group who ever scores gets to pick who takes a penalty to reinstate all the players back in the next round but if he misses then that group are out.Move the ball back each round. Until there’s either 1 winner or the keeper saves them all to win….. but tonight the keeper kept letting the penalty in to get everyone back in as they all wanted to carry on !!3Reply
