Chris Unruh • Sep 3Well if you think of it from the attacker’s perspective where do you think he would want to take the ball? Away from traffic and beat defender to the touch line for a cross. Playing left he’s also likely left footed. So maybe don’t half commit to forcing him to the line?Defenders position is in no man’s land and his backup is effectively eliminated with their positioning. I’d rather guide to defensive support on players off foot so C2Reply

Stephen Kavanagh • Sep 5Given the defenders starting position (too far away) and appetite for closing the space quickly (seems a bit lacklustre) I’d say B as that’s the best option give the problems he’s got with now having been able to delay or deny - dictate is his best option here.2Reply
