Jamie Birch🔥 • 4d@Brian Willis 😂 that course is gold dust. Important to not give yourself too much of a hard time on it, you can’t get it right every time. You can learn every time though!1Reply

Ross Whitehead🔥 • 4d@Jamie Birch We try to, it doesn’t happen as strictly as it should. It also depends on how many we have in the squad. We are allowed up to 5 subs, and in that case, player rotations are a nightmare.1Reply

Steve Miles • 2d@Kevin Middleton I used to create 4 formations the night before and rotate the players quarterly. Yes injuries do cause a headache, but rotate that player with 2 or 3 and you are only out by a couple of minutes3Reply

Kevin Middleton⭐🔥 • 2d@Steve Miles I always had a plan, and then some games within 5 minutes that plan would go in the bin 🤣I ended up saying to the parents that I’ll strive for equal game time but I might get it wrong some games for the reasons we’ve both mentioned. Most understand3Reply

Kevin Middleton⭐🔥 • 1dGood discussion on this topic. It seems to be a problem for everyone, but a different one depending on where you are and your league rules. The most frustrating this is that the league rules sometimes disadvantage kids who just want to play2Reply
