We have some kids that have played since they were 3 and others who have just started in the past few months, and everywhere in between. For some, the technical aspects are easy and for others it is a real struggle. So we have to pitch our sessions at a level that will keep the better players engaged, but also not too difficult so that the inexperienced players will still be able to take part. It’s a really tough to be h… See more4Reply

There’s players that actually play in a team and there’s other players that don’t.I try to do certain drills that offer a bit of competition, but they’d go in small groups and have a contest amongst their groups. So I would put the better players in groups with each other and put the ones that struggle in a group. I do this to make it competitive and fun. I would mostly encourage the struggling players, and the good thin… See more4Reply
