Brian Willis • 15dI’d either do 3v3+1 on the goal with no goalie and the neutral helping the team in possession, I’m positioned at the top and defending team has to pass it to me before they can attack the goal after winning possession. Or I would do the same thing except make it 3v4 for the attacking team so they have to work harder.2Reply

Kids would love 15 minutes of that.My only other suggestion would be 3v3, whoever is in possession has to stop the ball on a line (18 yard box?) and can then attack the goal. out of possession team try to win it back and then get to the line before attacking. Anyone booting it off = goes and fetches it, coach passes in to the team that didn’t boot it off. They’d be knackered after 15 mins of that.4Reply
