Steven Hall • Aug 5Just seen this and love it……funny how a bit of competition can drive you on think it’s embedded in a person that’s played any type of sport form a young age.This still resonates with me in my day to day job if the gaffer puts up a team challenge that’s relative to our work you see an uplift in effort across the board……I’m thinking score board soccer here !!! I’m going to try and implement something similar with my lads maybe as an arrival each week 2v2 mini tournament that’s tracked across a month.1Reply
