Steve Miles • Sep 9@Kevin Middleton this is a pretty good warm up. I’d add that you need to let the GK lead it. If it’s windy they may want more time with crosses and kicking. If it is hard they may not want lots of diving. It really is to make sure they have their hand eye coordination sorted and are aware of any pitch conditionsAt older age groups I add blocks and spreads from both corners of the 6 yard box for reflex work3Reply
