For example: Triangle Passing -> Triangle Passing with a 1-2 -> Triangle Passing with 3rd man.1Reply

Kris Connolly • 16dSorry, totally missed off their age. They will be year 5 & 6. So 9 - 11 year olds.We have access to the school field however due to being in England. We potentially have use of the school hall & playground3Reply

Kevin Middleton⭐🔥 • 16d@Kris Connolly I think my structure will work fineThey may be a mixed bag in terms of ability though? That’s where the ball mastery element might help1Reply

Kris Connolly • 16d@Kevin Middleton I’ve just been informed I have girls who are very new to football, some play Sunday league level and 1 or 2 are currently with academies. So sounds like a broad spectrum of abilities.2Reply

Brian Willis • 16d@Kevin Middleton I have a theory as to why (at least in the states). Girls do not have the exposure to the professional game here that the boys do so are lacking in role models, players to emulate, etc.2Reply

Nicolas Andrews-Gauvain • 15dI don’t coach a team but do help coach our club’s Wildcat sessions for that age group and I think what you will find (as others have said) is a range of abilities and drivers (some are more for the social than the playing) then boys. Those that have ability will become technically as good/if not better than many boys but might lack the physicality (certainly as they get older). As for a session I would work on the basis of coming into any new group of kids - have a plan if they are struggling st… See more4Reply

Steve Miles • 15dHi @Kris Connolly - From my experience, you will find that some have played the game for a while and others will be pretty new to football, so ability differences could be quite large - The female game is also massively more social so expect lots of chatting, as well as plenty of off-topic activities such as cartwheels. Don’t let this apparent disengagement frustrate youI would start them in a game - you will immediately see the strivers and will get a pretty good idea on where the ability level… See more6Reply
