Brian Willis • Oct 19Just read Doug Lemov’s book a month or two ago. Probably the best coaching related book I’ve read. I’ll probably give it a second read in the off-season.2Reply

Tom Gass • Oct 20You can look at Raymond’s CV on his website. He’s a coach that has experienced football at the highest levels and is incredibly well connected with foundational coaches. His books and courses are science based and deeply researched. I just add this because a lot of people may not love what he lays down but can you disprove it.He’s written 6 books so far and is working on books with Louis Van Gaal, Franz Hoek, and Bert Van Lingen. He originally wrote a book called Conditioning for Soccer although… See more3Reply

Tom Gass • Oct 20I had forgotten his Football Principles book so four basic book although his Football Periodization book is a great book. If you really want to start from the beginning, you would read Jan Tamboer’s Football Theory book which heavily influenced Raymond’s philosophy.2Reply
