Inneh Aig • Aug 8Managing difference is a core element in grassroots coaching and its important coaches understand how to manage the differences in ability and application of their players. Once this is understood, then the individual development of players within the team can become effective.1Reply

Kevin Middleton⭐🔥 • Aug 8@Inneh Aig great post and information 👏I just think no one really learns much when one team wins by a huge margin. Some coaches may think it is “weak” to place challenges on their team if this scenario happens during a game, but players can learn bad habits during games which may set back their development. The team who are losing by a heavy margin can get value as well as their coach can set them challenges. For example, can we complete 2 passes, etc.I will create a one pager with advice and tips for coaches who’s teams may be on the receiving end of big defeats in the near future.2Reply
