Starting with unopposed exercises to show the players how things should look like and then introducing opponents. It would help those players who are visual-kinetic learners to see and move around the field. I think a blend is required, especially for younger players.Some coaches just want to throw players of varying experiences into games and watch the players who already have a higher football age dominate the ball.
