Tom Bailkoski • Dec ‘24Hey Neil, have you read any Academy Curriculum’s, you can find some through searches on the net.A curriculum is basically a pathway through the various elements of the game, and the one that was particularly good was the Australian National Football Curriculum. This, like others, is broken down by having eg 6 elements, coaching one element per week, then starting another 6 week rotation, etc etc.Almost any other I read was based upon the same principle, which is what I applied when at Livingston… See more1Reply
