Andy Lowe • Jan 1I like this slide a lot! Its something I try to keep in mind when I coach and have tried to educate the parents on! I want my players to be brave enough to take on every player on the pitch…….but also to have the toolset to make the correct decisions in the moment. That way, referring back to the slide, they can paint however they want without me, or the parents barking instructions at them.2Reply

Kevin Middleton⭐🔥 • Jan 1@Andy LoweLove the feedback, Andy.I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve shouted for a player to pass or shoot or do something, only for them to pull something totally unexpected, and better, out of the bag.On the flip side of that, it is amazing what happens if you give them the space to fail and learn without an adult constantly intervening. I’m glad that more and more coaches are starting to realise this.1Reply
