Kevin Middleton⭐🔥 • Jan 15@Mark Dewald Hi Mark, to read and understand the course, you would need to be an adult coach/player.In terms of the content and the exercises, I’ve used examples from 5, 7,9, and 11aside football.The majority of the exercises can be flexed for any age range, but I have used a mix of age range exercises.For youth football, the emphasis would be on understanding the striker role, how to teach it, and there are session plans for 1-2-1 and team sessions to do so 👍Hope that helps.
