If he does this, he can then move his position a couple of yards to the right to get closer to the Man City left wing back and the centre back can get tighter to Aguero.1Reply

Chris Unruh • Jul 28I’d go cross for striker. He’s not well marked by the CB with his back to him and he has an open penalty spot or near post run if the cross gets past the Left back1Reply

Kevin Middleton⭐🔥 • Jul 28@Chris Unruh do you think he has enough time to take a touch then whip it in given the closeness of the full-back? Or do you think he can get it in first time?1Reply

Kevin Middleton⭐🔥 • Jul 30@Sean McMahon That sounds sensible, Sean.A lot of coaches picked just a simple pass into the cam, so he can then either play the one-two with the wing-back or get turned and have a few yards of space before being engaged by a defender. You are the first to suggest that the 1-2 should be played via cutback to the wing-back though.2Reply

Sean Ancheta • Oct 14I’d probably do option A. If my winger plays that pass in then it’s a 1v1 in the box. The player in the half space can pass a one time low cross to their ST who is in an excellent position for a one time finish.2Reply
