I used to get really really angry with myself and worry about what others were saying about the session.I learned to let go of what happened and to not worry about people thought. Just learn, improve and move onAnd accept it is ok to have shit sessions2Reply

Jamie Birch🔥 • Jul 18No agree completly, and most of the time nobody else has noticed apart from you. I think reflection is also, what did you do really well? What really engaged the players? When was your delivery really efficient etc.1Reply

I’ve been thinking of doing it again especially over the next few weeks when numbers are down due to holiday allowing a bit more targeted stuff.2Reply

But you do learn a lot from it if you can do it. How much you talk, how simple (or not) are very interesting. Also the tone. What you think you are doing and what is actually happening are two different things.I’ve got some video footage from when the kids were younger which is great as they are all hairy teenagers now and it is good to see what they were like!2Reply
