My team is U11 and while they are better at trying to pass, they still occasionally dribble too much when a pass is on, but that could be a not looking up and decision making issue. Kris Connolly • Sep 17That’s exactly it, they need more trust with each other, I will continue to drill it into them.We play 7 aside and usually play 2-1-3. Middle man is usually told to be a midfielder otherwise I get one lad standing in the box still saying “I’m a striker” 😂Yeah, usually my wingers. Got pace and good feet, always get past their man but need to lift their head and get that cross in.1Reply

I personally don’t think it is worry but I can see why you are flagging it.I have two ideas for games:One Team Dribblers - play a 20 min game of 7v7. For 10 mins, one team cannot pass the ball and can only dribble. The other team can pass, dribble, anything.
