Jamie Birch🔥 • Aug 22I have this long throw routine, pretty simple but effective if you have someone that can deliver the ball to the front post area. Movement into the front post with a blind side runner to the back post for any flick on. Ideally some movement to the penalty spot as well to pick up any chance there.2Reply
