Jamie Birch🔥 • Sep 24Hi Sarah, the principle of sending the opposition centrally in their own half to a busy area and then forcing them wide in your own half away from goal is a sound one.My only thoughts with your wide forwards forcing the ball into an area where your CM would be is that the CM might be isolated if the rest of the team isn’t compact around them. If the non-ball side forward has tucked in next to the CM and there isn’t a large gap between the back 3 and the CM then it should be compact enough.The 4 … See more0Reply
