Stephen Kavanagh • Oct 7We had a home league game, and I forgot the telescopic stand for the camera which was annoying!! No analysis this wee and no goal clips for the team. Stephen Kavanagh • Oct 7Yes, I’ve been reflecting a lot more since joining this community and I’ve definitely made positive changes to my coaching. I’m having fun, and I hope the players are - I surveyed them and they appear to be and the team talk above is a result of their feedback, they wanted something a bit more focused - hard to believe when they are chatting or distracted or kicking a ball or fiddling with shin pads, but they really appreciate it.2Reply
