LM covers AM’s back and is ready to press the RB if he gets the ball passed to him. Force the CB to make a square pass to the other CB or drop pass to GK. The AM, ST and LM create a triangle in the press.2Reply

Kevin Middleton⭐🔥 • Oct 7First thing to say that no team completes every attack so when the ball is lost, we would probably want our teams to work hard to recover it for 2-10 seconds, rather than run 50m back towards our own goal to recover.Blue team are in a good position when they lose the ball, with layers of compactness behind the ball (the covering zone).The 3 players I highlighted are in the Pressing Zone and need to place instant pressure on the ball from all angles, while covering the exit passes.
