My “go to’s” tend to be adaptions of this, overload in the middle for the possession team with a goal to score in for the defending team when they win the ball back.I also like breaking my games into “lanes” like th below, wether that be horizontally as shown or 5 lanes vertically. Lots you can work on in both.2Reply
