Stephen Kavanagh • Jul 9We use a similar setup already with FIFA11 and then we break into rondos (except for keeper) and then into two groups but I like the way you’ve laid this out and I could use that to more easily share with assistant coaches (Dads!). I’m operating from various bits of (waterproof) paper and contents of my head. The team’s leadership group (U16 for 25/26) lead the FIFA11 section themselves from the printouts on a board.1Reply

In my opinion, there are too many teams that don’t provide ownership to players and involve them enough.I think giving ownership to players encourages them to question what they are doing and why they are doing it.
