The reality check
Most coaches guess what's wrong with their team. This tool gives you a systematic way to work it out instead.
Rate 11 areas of your team's play, split across technical, tactical, physical and mental. Five minutes of honest observation, and you'll know exactly which area to focus on next.

Kevin Middleton insight:
After 15+ years of coaching, teams improve fastest when you focus on long term development, not quick fixes. But you have to build confidence while you build competence. Never expose a weakness without giving players the tools to fix it. Use the diagnostic to guide both your short term sessions and your long term plan.
