This is a one-page worksheet version of the calculator at 360tft.co.uk/time-audit. Five questions, honest arithmetic, no invented averages or “coaches like you” statistics. You fill in your own numbers, you work out your own total.

It’s built for printing and handing round at a coaches’ meeting: everyone fills theirs in separately, then compares. It usually starts a better conversation about where a club’s coaching time actually goes than any committee discussion does.

What’s inside

• The same five questions as the online calculator: sessions per week, planning minutes per session, matches per month, matchday length, and weekly admin minutes.
• Space to work through the arithmetic by hand, with the working shown.
• A short explanation of what the total is telling you, and which part of it (planning) has the most straightforward fix.
